People can support or disapprove the Occupy Central/Umbrella movement.
It is just that when people disapprove the students because of these reasons that pissed me off:
1) They just don’t want to go to school
2)They are brainwashed kids
3)They are so annoying because now I can’t take a bus/taxi/public transport
4)They are violent and the police are doing the right thing
1)Do not judge the students with your own assumption like you didn’t like going to school doesn’t mean others doesn’t
Did you see how the students suffered under the heat( like 33 Celsius here today), the violence, the agony of waiting? Going to school is hard but so is protesting under the pressures of PRC and police and weather
2)Actually kids are more capable than you think and many participants are Uni students and even grown ups
Their idea might not be mature or perfect but they have thoughts and many are aware of their responsibilities like cleaning the trash and no one is destroying shops or cars
3)Actually, MTR works most of the time and buses too.
It is just less convenient
4)Students with only masks, goggles, plastic wrappings, phones, towels, water, food and banners are violent?
So police are angels with pepper spray, gas, sticks and guns?
Wow, are you sure ? Did you know that some people can burnt cars and shops in the anti-Japanese demonstrations?
I didn’t join the movement because I think it is not fruitful and I am actually a coward but that doesn’t justify my decision nor the students’ too.
Hong Kong is full of problems and those who should do something to solve it failed to do so while the students stand up and try what they think is useful. I am not going to say students should just go to school and enjoy their youth because they are part of Hong Kong and is affected by the problems and they can express their views as much as others in HK. They are just not Responsible in solving the problems when some people are actually paid to do so failed to do something. No one could blame them for doing nothing but they step forward and take up what the “matured people“‘s responsibilities.
Great color combination~~

Was randomly typing Chinese Sitar see what would come out and find this. Three Chinese students using Pipa,Tabla and Sitar to play a Xinjiang folk song. I heard the song years ago from another vid which is done by Inner Mongolians.
Here is the link for the Mongolian (Anda Union) vid:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCuqrF-3Q-Q
Song name is Send me a rose/Send you a rose.
Try to search for Uyghur version of this song but failed. ;(
Maybe is a Torghut song??
